G Stow joins the Ground Source Heat Pump Association

The borehole drilling and maintenance specialist becomes a member of the UK heat pump installation industry trade association.

G Stow, South Staffordshire Plc’s UK leading borehole drilling and maintenance specialist, has joined the Ground Source Heat Pump Association (GSHPA). The GSHPA, the UK’s heat pump installation industry trade association, is the voice for low running cost, low carbon, heating and cooling systems for domestic and commercial buildings and heat sharing networks.

This latest announcement follows the recent news that Centrica Business Solutions has selected G Stow to deliver boreholes for ground source heating and the appointment of Richard Canning as South Staffordshire Plc’s new head of ground source heat pump services.

Richard Canning, head of ground source heat pump services at South Staffordshire Plc commented:

“We are delighted to have joined The Ground Source Heat Pump association and are looking forward to working with the association and its wider members to promote the benefits and installation of ground source heat pumps as a low carbon heating option of choice.

“G Stow, together with its complementary sister South Staffordshire Plc businesses is in an enviable position to be able to harness the significant expertise within its Group to offer a unique end-to-end ground source heating solution for district heating, ambient loops and ultimately carbon reduction, helping our clients in their net-zero journeys.”
